Breakfast was decent but had too many cups of tea; the crew service needs work—communication is poor and staff lack customer‑care training, so they’re slow. Basic items like coffee, milk, chocolates, and honey are missing; some guests don’t use sugar but honey, so individual preferences matter. A spoon of coffee costs shs. 5000. The garage door is noisy when opened, bangs, and wakes people up, interrupting those working on assignments.

The stay was pleasant with a reasonably central location; breakfast was fine, though it didn’t include bacon & eggs. Gulu has limited options and the imam wakes everyone at 05:30 each morning.

The cleaning staff were excellent throughout my stay, but the management was terrible— the manager wouldn’t talk to us. Our room flooded and no one responded to our request. I grew tired of complaining about basic issues like breakfast options, internet access, and DTV. The manager was awful and needs a replacement; breakfast staff refused to serve food, and the rooms could use building improvements.

The location was good, but parking was difficult, the mattress was uncomfortable, breakfast was poor, and there were water issues and problems heating the water.
