The view was dreamy and the rooms were large, modern, and bright. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was tasty and included in the room rate. However, the restaurant prices were on the high side for Indian standards.

The staff and service were excellent—polite, helpful, and attentive. Both breakfast and dinner were top‑quality, and the travel desk was supportive. Mr Hansraj, who arranged a cab for us, was also very good.

My stay at Panorama Retreat in Manali was very pleasant. The travel desk, especially Mr Hans Raj Thakhur, was extremely hospitable, helping us explore Manali with comfortable and luxurious arrangements.

The hotel staff were outstanding, ensuring a comfortable stay. Food was delicious, rooms cozy, and Ashu was quick to respond and very humble. The only downside is a 100‑meter road patch before the hotel that makes the drive a little tricky.
