Karina was lightning‑fast and explained everything clearly, and the address was spot‑on with check‑in directions that actually made sense. The room was clean and came stocked with brand‑new utensils, dishcloths, detergent, a sponge, broom and even a little clothesline – everything you need for a stay. Just remember to keep the sink and shower drains closed, otherwise a faint smell can drift back, but it didn’t ruin the visit and I’d definitely come back.
