Very unskilled staff and they wasted two hours of my time at check‑out because they refused to return my $100.00 cash deposit and held me there for 3 hours. Thank you. The better staff and cleaning all those areas around the room and steps.

The staff are very friendly, but you can’t stay longer than 28 days and the prices change daily even while you’re staying there.

I liked it when the third person arrived for his shift; when I told him he just easily apologized for those before him and said he would let his manager know what had happened to see what could be offered for me, and he handled me a change of bed sheets for the room. When I pulled back the covers on the bed, there were two big stains on the sheet, and I mentioned it to the guy I checked in with and showed him pictures that I had taken. Then, in the morning, I went to the office and told a female who was working the window about my bed sheets, and she said, “All housekeeping is out to lunch and I will send someone up to change the sheet out and that never happened during her shift.”

I found the room clean and the spot right in the middle of town, but the parking spots were tight and cramped.
