Nice spot in Siliguri, close to the Mall and downtown, with a good restaurant and a great breakfast buffet; the check‑in process was a bit slower than it could have been.

When there are fewer tourists, the breakfast is just a simple order‑based service instead of a buffet, which annoyed me when I came with my family. The hotel doesn’t offer in‑house laundry; the only option is to drop clothes off at 1 pm for external washing, with returns only after 1 pm the next day, which was very frustrating. In Darjeeling Hill Area and at homestays they clean, iron, and perfume clothes the same day at reasonable rates, so I’m disappointed that this mid‑town plain‑land hotel, even with a manager who cares, doesn’t match that service. I’ll be less inclined to stay here again with my family.
