I felt like I was staying in a centuries-old castle when I stayed at this hotel, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. However, the lack of an elevator made it difficult to navigate the property, especially with heavy luggage. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its historic charm, but be aware of the accessibility issues.

I initially chose this hotel for its Valentine's Day concert, but my experience was a disaster from start to finish. Despite my reservation, I was given a different room each night, and the rooms were filthy and poorly maintained. The towels were worn out, and the windows couldn't close properly, making it difficult to sleep due to the traffic noise. If you're interested in attending the concert, I recommend buying a ticket instead of staying here.

The hotel's lack of breakfast was not a major issue for me, but my room had a strong sewer smell, and I was charged for parking despite having a reserved spot. To make matters worse, the hotel seemed somewhat neglected.

I was quite pleased with the hotel's location and design, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of my room was a letdown, as the floor felt extremely dirty. The staff, however, provided excellent service, which made up for the initial disappointment.
