The room was too hot even with a fan, and I had brought my own, so two fans still felt too warm. The bed was very comfortable but too small for me, and there was a lot of mold on the bathroom jamb. In a couple’s stay, if I’d known we’d have to share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with others, and that there were single men, I wouldn’t have come because there was no privacy.

Cleanliness was lacking. One bathroom and one toilet for six rooms made parking a nightmare. There was no TV, and the noise at night was unbearable; I wouldn’t return. The door was repeatedly knocked on in the morning, but I didn’t answer.

“Pas pour moi”

Good location near the station, clean, and a beautiful terrace for the room I rented. The entrance to the residence and the accommodation is open to everyone; only the rooms have keys. However, someone is present until 8 p.m. and there are cameras. Not all guests follow the rules and make noise after 10 p.m. and during the night. Overall it was fine, but you need to like the shared living situation. Personally, I didn’t understand this, and I would have chosen something else.
