We encountered severe irresponsibility: breakfast was promised in the booking conditions but never provided, they demanded Rs. 200 more than the actual booking rate, there was no TV, the AC didn’t work properly, the bed linen and toilet were unhygienic, and there was no room service—an absolutely terrible stay.
