I’ve stayed at this hotel about once a month for roughly two years, and this was the worst room I’ve ever had. Rust and a lack of basic maintenance were obvious; the security lock was missing, the door didn’t work properly, the electrical outlets were questionable, and the shower head and vent looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. 9

The breakfast was very good, and Ms. Panelape, who kept the area clean, was thoughtful and efficient.

“It was horrible and it was not a pleasant experience.”

The staff were friendly. The rooms were horrible. There was so much moisture in the room that EVERYTHING was damp. The sheets, towels, and even the floor was wet. We had to store almost everything in our car so the stuff wouldn’t get ruined. They moved us to another room for the next night and it was just as bad and dirty. I had to put towels along the very dirty floor so we could walk. The shower wasn’t clean and had hair in it. Disgusting. I also had to kill 6 cockroaches! I feel the money we spent on the rooms were unacceptable. Way above what the rooms were worth. I believe our account should be credited. We shouldn’t have to pay that much for what we faced
