The building looked different from the outside, but inside it was very pleasant, and the staff were amazing—one even drove me around on his bike to help me shop. The exterior was just a bit disappointing.

I couldn’t get a massage at the hotel, and there were no massage parlors nearby. The hotel name wasn’t on the map, and I had trouble finding Lavender Villa and Spa, which took a while to reach.

The staff were magnificent, always available, very friendly, helpful, and polite—definitely the best experience at any accommodation I've had. I give it a perfect 10/10, and office staff Lily was absolutely amazing.

The bed was hard, the pillows were old and hard, the shower was terrible, and the curtains were falling off.
