The staff were extremely friendly and well‑prepared, the property was kept in good condition and spotless, and a special thanks to Davide for his help.
Everything was great: the view of the Dolomites was beautiful, the breakfast was exquisite, and the staff were friendly and pleasant.
The welcome, staff, cleanliness, room, location, and breakfast variety were all good. The bed was not a full size and was small; it consisted of two single beds joined together.

The stay was outstanding; the management upgraded us to a larger, quieter, impeccably clean superior room, the bedding was very comfortable, the showers were superb, and the overall atmosphere was refined yet welcoming, thanks to the professional front desk. The hotel is conveniently close to the city centre, just a short walk away. A small suggestion would be to expand the breakfast menu with more fresh vegetables and salads.
