The location is amazing, but the bathroom window blinds were broken so people could see in, the shower was broken, the place smelled like a cat litter box, and the lady was quite rude.

Casa Totti sits in an extremely convenient spot near the train station and literally next to the Baths of Diocletian, making it easy to reach and close to public transport while still being quiet. Virginia went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, and it truly felt like staying at my aunt’s house. During the heat wave, I appreciated the air conditioning in the room.

The staff, especially Mrs. Virginia and her huge cat 😊, were incredibly kind and made me feel almost at home. The spot is unbeatable—just a short walk from Termini in a lively and safe area.

The owner is approachable and keeps things quiet. You receive keys that let you come and go whenever you wish, and after a few hours the place feels like home. Termini is directly across the nearest main road, and within a 5‑minute walk you’ll find restaurants, bars, and even a water bottle refilling station.
