Nothing liked. The staff didn’t accommodate us in the hotel we booked. The reservation was supposed to be from 2 pm, yet when we arrived at 12 pm they said there were no rooms left and couldn’t help, so we had to find another hotel, which was a bad mood for the whole trip and I was very disappointed.

I was denied the stay when I arrived after a lot of trouble; they said there was a problem in their system. They should take notice of this fraud.

The location is ideal on Nizami Street, quiet and peaceful. The rooms are good size and there are elevators to go up and down.

At first glance everything seemed fine, but early in the morning we found the room full of bed bugs. Bed bugs.

Location, breakfast, 7/24 reception. Breakfast starts a bit late to us. We went for tours early morning so missed the breakfast 2 days
