Breakfast was nice. Maintenance was poor: I called for water to come down from the entrance door of room 224, no one showed up for five to six hours, and it wasn’t fixed until we checked out.

Convenient location and good amenities. The key‑card system didn’t always work, so I had to reactivate the room card several times.

Large room, nice bar area. Only a medium‑opacity shade on the windows; no blackout, so the parking‑lot spotlights were too bright at night. Minimal supplies, the kitchen cabinets are low, so I had to bend over to see the faucet and access the coffee pot. If I stayed more than a day, it wouldn’t be acceptable for a suite.

Location was perfect for patients using Sloan Kettering. The cost for pets was high.
