“Perfect location near the ski resort with amazing service.”

The hotel was clean and only a 4‑minute drive from the ski resort. A shuttle ran between the hotel and the slopes, and it was excellent—always ready to help.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. They offer shuttles to the lifts in the morning and to the nearby town for dinner in the evening. Renting ski equipment is hassle‑free at the nearby rental, and they can pick you up or drop you off there. Picking up from the station is also easy. The breakfast was varied. Minor annoyances we mentioned were addressed immediately by the owners. A bit more storage space in the room would have been practical.

The staff were warm and very kind. As far as I know, they could handle English, Chinese, and Japanese. The dining area was a relaxed setting where people from different countries enjoyed their time, making it feel like traveling abroad. Breakfast was scheduled by group and required a pre‑notification system, which I liked. The bath and washroom are shared, giving a hostel‑like vibe, so it might not suit those who dislike that. I stayed during the winter high season and the low rate helped, so I wasn’t bothered at all.
