On the night shift of 2 August, Akshay, the Marathi‑speaking staff member, provided really good service, though the washroom water briefly went off and returned after 5‑10 minutes.

The breakfast was decent and the staff were helpful, and the overall price fit my budget. In‑room dining was also good. Out of the seven nights, the lift only worked on one day, and parking is a problem if you have a four‑wheel vehicle.

“Cheap hostel and not good for corporate stays”

There was nothing positive to mention. The staff seemed powerless over the guests, who were loud, intoxicated, and the security did nothing. I had to leave after only a few hours because I couldn’t tolerate the noise.

The location is very convenient: about 100 m from the main street, yet far enough to avoid traffic noise. The room was a good size and had everything needed. The staff were extremely friendly; when I had questions they called me and then kept helping via WhatsApp. The shower didn’t work properly—it only sprayed a weak, cold stream, so I had to stand in the tub to get water. Almost every morning around 6–7 am someone would burn things inside the property, and because I sleep with the window open, all the smoke drifted into my room. If you prefer air conditioning, that’s not an issue. I also asked for a sheet to put under the blanket, but it seems they don’t handle it that way. These are minor details; overall the staff were attentive and tried to help as best they could.
