“So disappointed”

Quiet was the only thing that felt right, but the towels were a nightmare—getting fresh ones for either the pool or the room felt impossible, and we had to explain why we needed clean towels. The gym was overcrowded, and there were no cleaning supplies or paper towels to wipe down the equipment, which was appalling; I even asked the front desk for help. The saunas were useless because it was hotter outside, and ordering drinks and food felt like a chore every time. The beds were so hard that I was glad to leave as soon as I could. I definitely would not recommend this place.

“Enjoyed my stay”

The room was great, the view from it was stunning, the food was good, and the pools were enjoyable. The only downside was that the rooftop bar was closed at certain times.

Breakfast was plentiful, but there should be more staff. The upstairs pool in building 7 was messy with leftover food from the previous night on the roof, and the hotel could have ensured the pool area was clean before opening it in the morning.

“Je déconseille cet hôtel et n’y reviendrai jamais”

The hotel cancelled my reservation three times, apparently to push me into a pricier room that didn’t include breakfast, and the front‑desk staff were anything but welcoming, coming across as very haughty. My room lacked a microwave and the kitchen was essentially useless, while the layout was cramped, the furniture ancient, and water from the air‑conditioning constantly dripped onto the floor leaving stains on the furnishings. The mocktail was just an industrial fruit‑juice mix prepared in front of us, and the Margherita pizza bore no resemblance to the picture—frozen base, cheese that never melted, orange‑tinted tomato sauce, yellow tomatoes, and a crust that felt like a dry biscuit. During the stay I lost a bath towel that required a 1000‑bth deposit and a pair of €300 prescription sunglasses, both taken from the pool and never recovered. When I checked out, the receptionist refused to return my deposit until I supposedly paid for room service that I never received.
