Not bad. However, in a 4‑star hotel the minibar was completely empty and there was no water in the room.

I paid 360€ for the smallest double room, which felt too expensive, especially since a balcony was listed. I won't return.

The staff were friendly and the wellness area was great, but there were no towels in the wellness area and a bathrobe would have been nice.

The staff were very friendly and the restaurant food was excellent, and my room was in a quiet part of the property. However, the rooms looked heavily worn; Booking showed a modern renovated room but we received an older one with only a partially redone bathroom. The floor wasn’t clean and there was only one large towel for two people. Arriving at 36 °C in the afternoon, there was nothing to drink in the room and the restaurant opened later, so we had to wait. The room stayed hot and stuffy with no ventilation.
