I booked this for my girlfriend and she barely slept because of all the banging all night; she also felt unsafe as people were constantly tapping her wall.

Very clean, well kept, adequate sized rooms, no problems with stay whatsoever; the power showers weren’t my favourite and felt a bit weak, and a seat would have been useful even though I appreciated the space.

“Comfortable Stay”

Communication from the owners was good and instructions to enter the accommodation were clear; there was ample parking at the rear and several restaurants and pubs within walking distance; the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, making for a good stay overall. We were told the reception would be manned between 4pm and 6pm but no one was present; the rooms were a bit outdated and the twin room on the lower ground floor smelled damp; the automatic light by the entrance door in the twin room was quite sensitive and kept going off at night, which was a bit disruptive.

“I'm sure it's usually better, stayed on a bad night and no-one able to move me.”

Although tiny, the room is well designed, like a camper van, and all space is used efficiently; it’s also spotlessly clean. Somehow I managed to book a tiny room, probably my fault; the issue was that it smelled pretty bad. I opened the window for an hour but it didn’t help; I contacted the manager but received no response, so it wasn’t the best night. They can’t help who stayed the night before or whatever, but I’d hope for a solution, not silence at 20:30.
