We encountered several issues: reception was often empty and the service was not very pleasant. Breakfast, if included, was terrible. At 7:30 am, no one was in the kitchen, dining area, or reception. Upon arrival I had trouble with the reservation—people said there was no booking, then that there were two. We had to leave early, the hotel door was locked, and no one answered the bell. After nearly 15 minutes of waiting and investigating, we managed to exit through the garage door.

The hotel stayed clean and organized the whole time, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was flawless at the scheduled time. Nothing was missing; everything was excellent.
