I arrived around 22:00 and was greeted quickly and politely, with a nice room and a good breakfast.

The owners are friendly and helpful, and the property is clean and meticulously detailed. The location is strategic for reaching Lake Iseo and visiting Franciacorta wineries.

The location is fairly close to the street but still not noisy; the Lago d'Iseo is not far away, free parking is in front of the door, and several restaurants are within walking distance.
