“Mis vacaciones”
The complex really impressed us. The only downside was the cockroaches in our room; we reported it early and had to keep calling reception to arrange fumigation, which took a long time but eventually got done. That was a very unpleasant experience. On another occasion we ordered dinner to the room and it never arrived; the next day they apologized and delivered the food from that day at no extra charge. Breakfast and meals were excellent, the staff were super friendly and warm, especially the restaurant waiters Marietas, Oscar and Jesús, all very attentive and helpful, and the pool service was also great. Mr. Valentín from the hotel taxi service was very polite and courteous.
