Having lounge access was a nice touch, and the room even had a Nespresso machine. However, the coffee pods in the room weren’t original Nespresso pods, and the parking was expensive.

“Very comfortable room. Housekeeping. Arrived 230 pm to service my room. Far too late”

The breakfast was mediocre. Bacon was poorly cooked, there were long queues at the egg station, and the pork sausage tasted tasteless.

The front desk team was fantastic—always helpful and attentive. My room was tidy and offered a lovely view, and the double windows and wall insulation kept the nearby construction noise at bay. However, the waiter staff at both the restaurant and rooftop were practically absent; I ordered a beer on the rooftop, waited 45 minutes despite reminding the waiter three times, and eventually had to fetch it myself at the bar. At the restaurant, I waited 15 minutes before anyone checked on us, so I ended up ordering room service instead.
