“I will stay again !”

The room was large and comfortable. Fast Wi‑Fi, water pressure was nice. The building’s location is convenient because the mall is nearby. The gym was nice and the staff always greeted me with a smile, so I’ll probably stay again. No insects! It was clean, but the washing machine leaked a lot of water so I had to ask for help to clean up before going to the office. Also I’m not sure if I’m missing something, but no service room was provided; I expected at least one sponge to wash the dishes.

Nothing, see below. Disaster. It's like an Air B & B and I couldn't get into the room. The instructions with the confirmation were 100% incorrect. I had to walk all over the building trying to find a way in and finally found a security guard who let me in with a key. What a joke. I booked for 2 nights and left literally first thing the next morning. Horrible experience + I paid for a night and I wasn't there

The staff were accommodating, the place was clean, the AC worked well, and it was convenient to explore the city because it’s very close to malls; the pool was a bonus 🤗.

Very convenient to Ayala Abreeza Mall, but breakfast wasn’t included in the package rate.
