I appreciated the warm welcome and the beautiful setting. Abdou the Berber is a very good guide who can show you the city. Mouhamed runs the kitchen; breakfast is magnificent and very welcoming. Fadwa takes good care of reception and comfort. The only issue was a small misunderstanding about the rooms at the beginning, which was handled.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to answer requests. I left early in the morning and missed breakfast, but a staff member waited for me and gave me a bag of snacks before I left. It may seem trivial, but it really makes a difference. The room was cozy, delightful, and clean.
