“Our stay was absolutely fantastic.”

My cousins and I visitors this property because we were attending a concert at Ruoff music center. I requested an early check in so that we would have time to get ready before the concert. The hotel staff accommodated that amazingly! Once we checked in I received a text stating they would gladly help with anything possible if we needed and introduced themselves and said they were only one text away. We had plenty of time to rest and get ready before heading out to the concert. While we were at the concert we were planning on our night once we got back to our hotel room. While at the concert we decided we wanted to end our night in bed with hot chocolate. I texted the number from earlier asking if they had hot chocolate in the rooms with the coffee bars or in the convenience store near the front desk they responded quickly with we will have some hot chocolate at the front desk within the hour for you to pick up! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my cousins and I had Ana amazing stay. If you’re ever looking for a hotel in the area I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We loved absolutely everything

“Good but Overpriced Budget Hotel”

The spot was great, close to shops and food spots, and the staff were friendly. The room was roomy, though the breakfast selection was narrow; still, having something in the morning was appreciated. The main let‑down was the price—too steep for what the hotel offered. The bathroom door and floor felt sticky, even though they appeared clean, so I suspect the cleaning solution wasn’t fully diluted. That felt odd.
