“Horrible. Worst Holiday Inn I have stayed at.”

The location was fine, but the air conditioner in our room was broken, so we had to change rooms. In the new room, the fan rattled, the elevator was super slow—taking five minutes to go up or down each time—and there was no phone to call the front desk. We expected breakfast because it was included, but there was none; the first day it was blamed on spoiled milk, and the rest of the stay it was said to be construction. One night around 10 pm the front door was broken and didn’t let us in; it was 6 inches open, so I had to walk to the back of the hotel with my handicapped mother to enter. The stay was very unpleasant, and the bed springs were loud when we got up or tossed and turned at night.

“Decent”

The beds were comfortable, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all while I was there; the staff kept saying the IT person was working on it. The elevator took forever to go up and down and definitely needs fixing.

I couldn't use the pool because it smelled like a mix of various chemicals, and the odor was so strong it forced us to leave the property to avoid triggering my husband's asthma attack.

“Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences my family has had, and I would not stay here again.”

The hot water worked, but the rest of the stay was a nightmare: both beds had hair, one sheet had a footprint, the floors were filthy, the AC barely cooled, and the living‑room TV was broken so my kids couldn't watch anything. The elevator was dirty and malfunctioned, and staff were mopping without wet‑floor signs, creating a safety risk. We were given the wrong customer‑service number, the front‑desk staff was rude and unhelpful, and at checkout we waited over 15 minutes to print receipts, only to be told we couldn't receive one because we booked, which was incredibly frustrating.
