Excellent service. The place is nice and clean.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly, and the facilities matched the price. The downside was that there was only one toilet, and the floor was very slippery when wet—my wife and I slipped once, so I’m worried a guest could fall. I don’t know if other rooms have the same issue, but overall it was fine. The service was friendly and the property was tidy.

The bathroom was decent, but the room was so small that opening the door was a struggle.

The location near the airport made it very convenient, and we could leave our luggage after checkout until our flight departed. Everything was clean and organized. The breakfast could have offered more Western options.

The room was clean and tidy, but the pillows looked dirty, the TV didn’t work properly and the picture was fuzzy on every channel. Breakfast was only Indonesian and cold. The staff weren’t very friendly, and the location on a busy street meant nothing was within walking distance.
