“Dobra willa ze SPA”

A stunning villa with a spa that includes a jacuzzi and sauna. We tried the breakfast; it wasn’t “surprising” but offered warm, hearty options. The spa is well equipped, and there’s a “fun center” with table tennis and foosball. The property looks freshly renovated and polished. It’s a wonderful spot! The cleanliness was fine, but we found a lot of spider webs on the ceiling in the room – not just a one‑day issue. The spa could be bigger (it felt cramped after a fully booked weekend), though it’s truly well equipped, which is a huge plus.

The staff were welcoming and great, the location is wonderful, the hotel is clean, and you can have tea or coffee downstairs near the reception at any time. The conference room is excellent and the hotel’s aesthetics and interior are interesting. The room is under a roof. Bringing a heavy suitcase is hard because there’s no elevator, so that needs to be considered. The water has a special hydrogen sulfide smell, which was an unpleasant surprise. Breakfast includes cereal with milk, tea, coffee, and a selection of cheeses and cold cuts, plus vegetables. The hot options—eggs or boiled sausages—are served every other day, alternating. If you want something hot, you have to go to Zakopane. Lunch can only be ordered when the hotel is fully booked, so the food situation (especially for vegetarians) is only partially covered.

Good location and cleanliness at the resort. The bathrooms lack soap dispensers and hair dryers; electrical cords are secured in a cloth bag; the bread at breakfast is dry.

The water smells, the food selection is odd, and the hotel’s entrance was unsecured late at night (anyone could get in without being checked if they were a guest).
