Breakfast is typical and excellent; you can order an egg any style and get extra of anything else. The staff are wonderful. The castle, views, and historic atmosphere are incredible. Nothing to complain about—we've been coming back for 10 years with family, friends, or solo, always eager for the next visit.

The castle is very beautiful, like a dive into the past. The staff are friendly. We also had dinner at the place and liked it.

A hotel full of charm and picturesque 100×100 between transformations to the Austria of its time. I loved the decor and the accommodation. However, although it's a charming hotel it needs some renovations or at least my room needed them to be fully comfortable.

The castle was probably the pride of its owners 50‑70 years ago, but no renovations have been done since, so it now needs restoration. With the many trinkets everywhere and the 1001 pillows, it’s on the verge of becoming cluttered. Cleanliness is impossible here, not even in the kitchen, as I could see. At the breakfast buffet, the jam jars were fogged, the salt and pepper shakers were slightly greasy and sticky, and everything else that was there was a bit slick and tacky, which killed my appetite. I was lucky to book only one night. I will not recommend this hotel.

The building is exceptional! The doors are superb! The room was sublime with a magical ceiling. My girlfriend felt like a princess. Nothing else.
