location is ok. 1) there was no wifi provided. 2) intercom was not working 3) room was not kept ready . I got the room cleaned after shifting my baggage. 4) view from room was ugly. 5) TV remote was not working 6) Cupboard can not be opened as it fouls with the split AC mounted on the wall. 7) it took 2 hrs for them to arrange a washed and clean towel

The stay was super comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and the facilities were excellent; I love this stay and highly recommend it.

The location and cleanliness were good, but the hotel was not very organized: I was told my booking was cancelled, and after a lot of discussion the room was finally allotted.
