“Great staff and quiet location, but ground floor rooms need pest control.”
The spot is great and super quiet, and everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful. The food overall (except breakfast) was pretty good. The lake‑side areas could use more cleaning and tidiness. The breakfast buffet was a let‑down, offering only 4 food items, 2 jam varieties, and a single flavor of cornflakes (chocolate). Maybe the low occupancy—fewer than 8 guests while I was there—caused it, but the quality and variety were still lacking. Plus, there’s a serious bug issue in the rooms; the gaps in the balcony doors let insects in, and the ground‑floor rooms are the worst, with gaps under the main doors that let insects and even reptiles crawl in.
