Pousada São Luiz

“experiência maravilhosa”

The service was excellent, and the rooms were cozy, clean, well‑arranged and organized. The breakfast was flawless, varied and incredibly tasty. I did wish there had been at least one water bottle in the room, lol.

“Pousada simples ,porém me atendeu , estava de passagem , só um pernoite.”

Nice location and a comfortable bed. Nothing that I didn’t like.

“Bom com ressalvas”

My sister stayed here and shared her thoughts: the staff were very helpful and friendly, except for one who seemed unsure of how to perform his duties, as he couldn’t handle the other guests who were making noise outside the rooms after 11 pm (the quiet time, according to you). They let me store my luggage while I went to take the exam, which was very considerate. The room was good and clean, though I didn’t like that the small window on the upper part of the bathroom faced the courtyard, haha, but there’s not much to do. The food was tasty and I liked the place overall. It’s very close to the bus station 🌟. I’m giving it 6 stars because there are two crucial points: sleeping and eating. Unfortunately, the sleep, which is essential for a good exam and for resting the mind/body, proved more difficult due to unruly guests and a staff member’s failure to enforce the rules. Get a protocol for that urgently!
