I was blown away by the hotel's cleanliness and the staff's warm hospitality. The room was spacious and exactly as shown in the booking pictures. The only thing I could complain about was that there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel itself was a real gem, with a spotless room and modern facilities. However, the breakfast staff left a lot to be desired - they were coughing and not wearing masks, and handling food with their bare hands. To make matters worse, many dishes weren't ready even after breakfast started at 6 am. And when I went to the underground garage to pick up my motorcycle, the staff seemed reluctant to turn on a light for me, forcing me to search for it in the dark.

This hotel is absolutely perfect in every way - the comfort, spacious rooms, decor, location, staff friendliness, excursion options, and even the soap that smells amazing. I'm not sure what else you could ask for.

The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was decent, and it's located close to the walking street. The only thing that could be improved is the staff's willingness to help.
