The place was in a central spot, in the heart of the old town. The cleanliness was perfectly adequate. We booked a triple room, but towels were only provided for two people. I arrived with two girlfriends, and on the French bed there was only one shared blanket. We had trouble with the self‑check‑in, no one was available to help, and the host only communicated with us online, saying “it’s very simple.” There was no hot water in the room; you had to press a button in the common area. When we mentioned this, no apology was offered.

The location was exceptional, and the handling of problems was excellent. The property was very beautiful and had everything needed. Nothing. They moved us to another apartment because of a plumbing issue that occurred before our arrival. In practice, they gave us a free upgrade. Great.

The location was very good. In the photos, the apartment looks newer, but overall it’s in good condition. Since I only stayed one night, it was fine. Check‑out was at 10 am, but we were able to leave our luggage there for a few hours. Sandro was very helpful.

Great stay, the room had everything you need. The location was naturally exceptional, perfect for a vacation in Alghero.
