“Tạm được”
The hotel is close to the city center and convenient to get around; the room was bright, odorless, airy, and had a balcony, and the price was reasonable. The front‑desk staff were unhelpful and didn’t give full information; the housekeeping staff opened the guest room without knocking; the night‑shift receptionist fell asleep and left the desk unattended. I needed to check out at 5 am but had to keep calling until someone let me out.
