Diana, Robinson, and their kids provided exceptional service, making the stay a very good experience from start to finish with attentive, friendly, and eager help, but I don’t find it transparent that the stay price doesn’t include pool and wet‑room access, requiring an extra fee to use all facilities; this should be specified in the booking terms.
