The staff were friendly, but everything else was terrible: the internet was awful, the TV only offered Spanish channels, the pillows were so uncomfortable that we were told it was a ‘de luxe’ room, yet it matched a cheap Holiday Inn Express at an inflated price; there was no tea or coffee in the room, the hanging area was dingy and basic, paint was peeling, the shower was unusable and the bathroom flooded, and parking cost €10 for the smallest, most precarious spot, which was riddled with bashes and scrapes along the walls.
