Eliza Thompson House, an adult‑only B&B built in 1847, sits on historic Jones Street, two minutes from Forsyth Park. Each uniquely decorated room features high ceilings, antique furniture, flat‑screen cable TV, en‑suite bathroom and two bathrobes. Guests enjoy a courtyard deluxe breakfast, nightly parlour reception with hors d’oeuvres, wine, dessert, and coffee, plus a koi pond and original Ivan Bailey fountain.

The house was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and well decorated, and the location was great and quiet. The wine & cheese moment was pleasant. The breakfast fell short in both service and quality, and the selection was very mediocre. It was the worst experience of this trip to Georgia and Carolinas.
