The location is great—just off the highway yet still quiet, with ample parking and, as always at Van der Valk, a lovely room and a good bed. Waking up to a generous breakfast buffet the next morning was a perfect finish. The downside is that a single night with breakfast and dinner costs around €250, which is serious money.

I stayed to escape the heat; the rooms are excellent and have everything you need.
