The location is perfect—two to three minutes to the old town. The room has a fridge and a bathroom. It’s extremely tidy. The street is quiet. Parking near the stadium costs 7 euros per day, 7–8 minutes walk. There is also street parking that’s much more expensive. Everything is fine; given that it’s just a room as stated.

The host is friendly and the location is excellent. During my stay I encountered several problems that significantly affected my comfort and require prompt renovation or replacement. The air conditioner only blew cooler air at 16 °C, but even that didn’t create a pleasant temperature. (At other temperatures it blew only warm, humid air.) Moreover, the indoor unit was distinctly moldy, which is also a hygiene concern. At night there was no hot water in the shower at all, which was extremely uncomfortable.

This is a great place to stay in Rovinj! It’s only a few minutes on foot from the city center and, not least, from the central bus station. The clean first‑floor room is very well equipped, and on top of that the owners are amazing—very helpful and especially honest! The communication is excellent. Nothing else.
