The hotel’s location near the Bagni Lido, accessible via the convenient underpass, was appealing; the room I booked was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection, and the parking was also satisfactory.

Everything was very nice and well maintained! The staff were friendly and very courteous, though the room could use a few more accessories like shelves and drawers.

The breakfast was great, but the air‑conditioned lounge felt scorching because they kept the windows open, which is completely unacceptable. The only other issue was that the air conditioning was only available outside the rooms.

We really liked being close to the beach and thought the pool area was nice, plus the breakfast was good; however, the beds were extremely hard—by far the firmest we’ve ever tried in a hotel—and our two‑room suite didn’t feel like a single large room, while most staff were friendly and welcoming, a few could certainly use an extra customer‑service training.
