“Horrible experience with Sea Light Hotel Da Nang”

We arrived at Sea Light and were told they couldn't find our booking, so they turned us away because all rooms were supposedly full. Our reservation was 100% confirmed—my current rating is proof of that. The staff didn’t apologize and offered excuses instead of taking responsibility. They blamed us for not messaging them to confirm (which isn’t required) and claimed the phone number on the listing was wrong (irrelevant). We had to wander the streets at 8 pm after a long day of travel to find another hotel, trying several until we found one with availability. The experience at Sea Light Da Nang was awful. Even if they handled bookings correctly and didn’t leave you stranded, I’d avoid this place because of how we were treated.

“Perfect Place for the Price. Great area too”

Everything was great. The location is a 5‑minute walk to the beach, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and expats. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was high quality, compact, and modern with a super clean bathroom. The cleaning staff were superb. For the price, this is a 10/10 everyday. I’d love to stay again. Nothing negative. Thank you Sea Light Hotel.

The bed and shower were good, but the breakfast was terrible—just eggs, stale bread, and soup, nothing else. The table where food should have been was empty; they hadn’t prepared anything at all.

“Just sleep and go”

The location and bed were fine, yet there were no facilities, the breakfast was awful, the views were limited, the floors were noisy, and the TV offered no channels—only YouTube.
