The staff were extremely helpful, but the room could use a small upgrade, especially the bathroom.

The location and pool were great, but nobody answered my messages or the urgent email to the management, I couldn’t reach them on WhatsApp to confirm if two large beds were available, the air‑conditioner made a clattering noise in the room, and there were two cockroaches in the bathroom.

Not much to say – the place was dirty and run down, it felt almost like a joke to call it a hotel, the Wi‑Fi disappeared for 15 hours, there was no apology or compensation.

The restaurant food was tasty and good value, the room was acceptable for the price, but the water pressure in the washroom taps was too high; I stayed on the 3rd floor and overall it’s a good place to stay.
