Sunday breakfast was great. Plenty of parking spots at the house. Reception and breakfast restaurant staff were very nice and considerate. Monday breakfast was thin, nothing like Sunday. The location is very loud on a dead-end street. The cleaning staff removed private glasses from our room!

Everything was great. Large and clean room. Good bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Lots of places to walk the dog.
Two nights stayed, spot on with short walks. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a big city so it gets a bit noisy. Our room was number 3, but the bathroom had the restaurant exhaust vent running; it smelled like food until we closed the door, which solved it.
