I loved the facilities and the staff’s service, and the breakfasts and dinners were fantastic. The location was a drawback because access was closed due to government construction, which delayed both arrival and departure, and the TV had a technical issue.

The staff’s attitude and the facilities were good, but the water was lukewarm.

The comfort of the facilities was great, yet there were a lot of mosquitoes that kept me from sleeping well; the next day I asked for fumigation or something, and fortunately it was resolved.
