The garden is beautiful and the spot is quiet, but we weren’t expecting the room to be old and poorly equipped, with no hot water from the tap; nobody answered our messages or phone calls, there’s no restaurant nearby, and we had to wait until 8:30 am for breakfast.

There were no signs to guide guests, and no one was at the gate when I was outside looking for help for 20 minutes before anyone finally appeared.
