“Not worth the money”

The staff were very attentive and lovely, but the hotel felt empty and they asked for extra money to get a non‑smoking room, which I suspect they do for smokers too. The buffet was meh and the area was boring for me. It was raining, so I didn’t get to see Fuji 😐

I would have liked a washlet in the room; the shelves and washbasin had noticeable gaps.

The view of the lake was stunning, the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, the dinner was tasty, and the onsen was good. However, the rooms were rather old, breakfast was somewhat sparse, and the 10 am checkout time was inconvenient for a spa hotel, but that’s just how the stay worked out.

I was impressed by the hotel's location, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the carpets in my room was subpar. After checking out, I found it inconvenient that I couldn't wait in the lobby.
