The location and cleanliness are good. There was a lack of communication; I had to contact the booking center so someone from the lodge could reach out to me with check‑in details. The internet, shared with the neighboring lodge, stopped working from the second day. With intense cold, an air‑conditioner would be ideal since the heater is insufficient.
The cabana was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, the shower was a delight, and the beds were comfortable!
Everything was great, from the location and cleanliness to the comfort. All was excellent.

The property was good, with a nice view and a convenient location. Pebbles in the patio prevent stepping on mud, and there are shops nearby and close to the little center of Urubici. However, some things need improvement: 1) The front of the property isn’t fenced, which gives a sense of insecurity. 2) Add heating to the water and the apartments; there is only one heater that looks like a toy and it can’t warm the apartment. Something more efficient, powerful, and safe for long use is required. 3) The apartment is decent but lacks many items: there’s no sink, no electric kettle, no electric sandwich maker, so guests have to leave to buy food and water. A kettle costing 60 reais would help a lot because hot water is useful for many things. 4) The bathroom towels are too small; they don’t cover the whole body, so you need two after a shower. In short: if you’re looking for a cheap stay and don’t mind these issues, you can rent this place, but remember it’s URUBICI, very cold, which matters a lot for children and seniors.
