I spotted insects in the room, the windows were dirty, and there were no extra pillows—overall a bit of a mess. Plus, I had to drive to another place for breakfast.

“Soggiorno per una notte”

We stayed only one night. We liked the rural setting, the silence, and our very welcoming, renovated room with a restored bathroom and a great shower. We appreciated that the room was ready when we arrived at noon. However, there was no reception at the main building, so we had to check in on our own and then get charged. We had to ask the cleaning staff—who were very kind, helpful, and competent—for information, and we had to call for anything else. All those codes were required even during the day; I understand it at night, but it didn’t sit well with us during daylight. We had to take a car to go to the other building for breakfast.

The rooms and kitchen were perfect, and the garden was wonderful for relaxing, but the side terrace was missing chairs. Checking in online was far too long and complicated for an 80‑year‑old who isn’t tech‑savvy; it could have been simpler. We ended up just sending photos of our ID, and after endless WhatsApp back‑and‑forth it finally worked. That’s the only reason we’d never book here again.

“Très correct, calme et super propre”

Le calme, la propreté des magnifique chambres, le parking moto e5 voitures sécurisé par un portail. Tout ce fait par internet, pas de réception et si mon code d’entrée portail et porte principale fonctionnait celui de ma chambre qui est un autre code ne fonctionnait pas! J’ai dû appeler la helpline pour que quelqu’un me donne un code valable afin d’entrer dans la chambre et de pouvoir par la suite utiliser les clés qui étaient dans la chambre
